Mike Capretta

Mike leads the firm’s recruitment, business development, and strategy.
 
Prior to founding Engage, Mike held roles in Recruiting, Business Development, and Management for Microsoft, Laurel Group / LG Consulting, and Volt Technical Resources.  He has a depth of experience working with local companies - from early stage technology startups to well-established public companies.
 
Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington, where he also studied Business and Mathematics.
